Join us as we help spruce up Edmarc's facilities both indoors and out.

Edmarc was established in 1978 as the first hospice in the nation designed specifically for children. Founded in Suffolk, Virginia, Edmarc was initially created as a grassroots effort to care for children in their homes who are facing life-threatening illnesses. Edmarc is now a 501(c)3 and provides services based on a charity model, providing hospice, home health, and bereavement services for more than 300 families each year. Families are never billed for any support they receive. Because of generous community support, Edmarc can provide quality care, and parents are able to focus on their child and families while not having to worry about another bill.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The REALTOR® member participating in a Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) event/activity releases and agrees to hold harmless the HRRA or its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents and affiliates from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Volunteer Activities wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I am voluntarily participating in HRRA events/activities.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the HRRA for all claims arising out of my participation in the volunteer activities.

I also acknowledge that the HRRA has not arranged and does not carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit.

PUBLIC RELATIONS RELEASE

I understand and agree that photos taken during my participation in HRRA event/activities may be submitted to the local media or used in HRRA media.
